Your Turnaround time will start the day your submission is checked in, NOT the day it is delivered to Collector's Grade & Your turnaround time ends the day Collector's Grade ships out your submission

(We do not consider in transit to and from Collector's Grade as a part of your turnaround time

(Example: Collector's Grade does not check-in submission on Sunday & Monday therefore a package received on Saturday will not be checked in until the following Tuesday)
